MAF Series has been in development for more than 10 years. It is a macrophage activating food.

Macrophages are a type of white blood cell or leukocyte.

Macrophage are activated by MAF. Macrophages are present in the body of all living beings. Every day we protect our bodies with “immunity”.

The immune system

The immune system is a system to keep your body healthy.

The immune system protects the body from bacteria and viruses and also eliminates cancer cells.

However, the biological function and physical performance begins to reach a peak from the age of 20, waning by half in the 40s.

As the immune system weakens with age, it becomes easier to get sick.

So it is important to keep boosting your immune system and keep it young so that you can lead a good long life.

What happens when your immunity weakens?

Suddenly, it becomes easier to catch a cold but more difficult to get rid of it. Before, you could recover from your tiredness after a good night’s sleep. But now, you are still tired the next day. This may indicate a weakened immunity. When immunity weakens, it may cause the following symptoms.

It becomes easier to catch a cold or the flu.

When a person’s immunity weakens, the ability of immune cells to fend off foreign substances such as bacteria and viruses decreases, and he/she becomes more susceptible to diseases, such as a cold or the flu.

It is easy to get tired but difficult to recover.

When a person’s immunity is weak, it takes longer to recover from mental and physical exhaustion and feelings of tiredness remain. Immunity is also affected by stress and tiredness.

It is easy to get a mouth ulcer.

When a person’s immunity is weakened by stress or tiredness, it is easier to get a mouth ulcer.

Allergy symptoms

When a person’s immune system is not functioning properly, his/her immunity becomes over sensitive. While it should “protect the body against foreign substances such as bacteria and viruses”, the body even reacts substances that are not foreign bodies, resulting in allergic symptoms.

Wounds don’t heal as well as before.

When a person’s immunity weakens, wounds heal slower. Immune cells are also involved in healing wounds.

Cancer risk

It is said that thousands of cancer cells are born every day even in a healthy person.

When a person’s immunity functions properly, the immune cells detect the cancer cells and prevent their proliferation. However, if immunity weakens, the function of the immune cells also decreases and the cells may be unable to suppress the proliferation of cancer cells.

So what is “immunity”?

Immunity does not just “protect the body from foreign substances such as bacteria and viruses.” Immune cells are also actively involved in restoring a person’s skin to its original condition by closing a wound at the time of injury, and in curing a cold or the flu.

Immunity is involved in various activities, such as repairing injured cells in the body, promoting metabolism, as well as preventing body function decline and cellular tissue aging. For the immune system, white blood cells are composed of various immune cells carry out most activities.

Macrophages, one type of immune cells

One type of immune cells are macrophages. These are a type of white blood cells. They exist in the body of all living things and play an important role in keeping our body healthy.

Macrophages are the ameboid cells that play a central role among immune cells. They ingest and breakdown bacteria and viruses that have invaded the body, as well as foreign substances such as cancer cells.

When bacteria and foreign substances are detected in the body, macrophages, which are phagocytic cells, begin eating those substances and at the same time, send signals to other immune cells alerting them about the existence of foreign substances. Other immune cells which have received the information also begin to respond to the foreign substances. Pus from a wound and nasal discharge occurring when the body tries to overcome a cold, etc. are the result of immune cell activity.

1. Infection prevention

Macrophages are present throughout the body. They patrol the area, looking for things which are not needed for a healthy life. When unnecessary substances such as“cancer cells”are identified, or when “viruses” and “bacteria” invading the body are detected, the macrophages capture them inside their own cells and perform a series of tasks such as “attack”, “decomposition” and “digestion” to prevent infection.

2. Commander in chief of immune cells

Macrophages are one type of immune cells. There are many other immune cells as well. Macrophages demonstrate effective versatility for various diseases. However, sometimes other immune cells may be more effective. In such case, macrophages function as “commander in chief,” instructing other immune cells to fight infection.

3. They also are involved in beauty.

Immunity has the power to calm inflammation of a wound and provide healing in the event of injury. This healing power also works to keep our skin and hair beautiful and youthful. This is an interesting function for people concerned about beauty, isn’t it?

Improving immunity strength

Activation of macrophages is thought to occur in stages.

Activation stages of macrophages

1. The condition where it is not possible to immediately fight, even when pathogens have invaded the body.

2. The condition where the body can shift into a stance that is ready to fight as soon as pathogens invade the body.

3. A defensive stance where pathogens are confronted and tasks such as “attack”, “decomposition” and “digestion”.

* Condition 2 is called the “priming state.” To maintain good health and abundance of macrophages at this activation stage is desirable.

Specific substances activate macrophages.

One of these substances is called MAF (Macrophage Activating Factor).

MAF activates macrophages and prevents infection by carrying out a series of tasks, including “attack”, “decomposition” and “digestion”, against viruses and bacteria that invade the body, and cancer cells.

*This series of tasks may cause an inflammatory response, leading to fever, etc.

MS

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the central nervous system. The immune system attacks the myelin that protects nerves and affects the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves.

Mother’s comment: 

Before the treatment with MAF-capsules:

Developmental delay. Understands the speech, but follows the directions at its own will.    

Pronounces different sounds, mainly vowels, says words in syllables, can say simple words. Poor motor skills (poor physical coordination). Behavior: starts screaming and crying when she cannot get what she wants. Can bang herself on the head. Difficulty concentrating (when writing, doing puzzles or playing). Good memory, pays attention to the details. High level of communication, but has no fear to unfamiliar people.

After the treatment with MAF-capsules:

After treatment with MAF-capsules she started following the instructions, and started to do it faster. Her memory has improved. The motor skills have improved (her walking skills got better, and she learned to jump). She didn’t get a cold even once while taking MAF-capsules. Her immunity has improved. It is still hard for her to write and speak. 

She started to actively participate in everyday life: showing interest in different things, manifesting a desire to help with everything. Her attitude to animals has changed, got interested in feeding the bunnies (before she was scared to do it). Shows keen interest in communicating with her little cousin. 

Learning at her will, one day she can implement all the tasks, another day – vice versa.

Dear Dr. Inui!

Let me thank You, and all the people connected to production of MAF-products. 

I would like to share the results of my son’s treatment by MAF-spray.

My son was taking MAF-spray during 1 year. During this year, his attention got better, he started following my instructions. Our communication has levelled-up, and now we are able to negotiate with each other. Besides, his understanding of speech itself has improved. He started to quickly assimilate new information. He tries to repeat words and gestures after others. He learned to hold the cup by himself and also started to drink juice by himself (depends on the mood of course). He started to change his clothes by himself little by little. Today he can put off his socks, a hat, mittens and shoes. He started to ask to go to the toilet at nights. His rehabilitation-therapist admired him following the instructions even when I wasn’t near.  He stopped vomiting, which is great achievement. So, now he is able to eat not mashed buckwheat, barley and wheat porridges. I still mash the carrot soup with meat. 

Together with all the skills and abilities there also can be seen a physical development. He started to keep balance better. Learned to stand-up by himself, by grabbing something with his hands and then pulling himself up, getting on his knees and then he stands on his feet. Of course, he still feels unconfident, but is very happy to be able to do it by himself.  He still holds my hand when walking. He starts to jump with all his might when I support his body with my hands. He kicks off very good. He continues to show good results, which is a great achievement!

Diagnosis: Organic phycological disorder with expressed speech, cognitive, emotional-volitional defect

Mother’s comment: 

Before the treatment with MAF-capsules:

My daughter had problems with behavior (she could fall to the ground and scream). She couldn’t regulate her emotions (she could start screaming or laughing whether she was scared or happy). Poor motor skills (her body was swaying from side to side all the time). She was vocalizing monotonous sounds. She couldn’t understand the speech and even simple instructions. She was anxious, didn’t show interest in study. Her memory was very poor. She had bowel problems (constipations), and poor sleep. She didn’t ask to go to the toilet at nights. She had food allergy. She also was recurrent respiratory infection child. 

After the treatment with MAF-capsules:

After she started to take MAF-capsules her behavior got much better. She became more relaxed. Her focusing skills got better.  She stopped falling to the ground and scream. She learned to tolerate the toilet. 

Her comprehension skills of new information got better, and she began to memorize better. Her sleep has improved. The food allergy has gone, and she stopped getting cold or flu. 

UPD:

Later she got COVID-19, the symptoms were mild and she recovered on the 7th day. However, on the 5th day after recovery her behavior began to get worse. It was getting worse as time was passing by. She started to pipe or to bang her head or the floor with her fists when she couldn’t get what she wanted. She could throw out all the stuff around, when she didn’t want to study at school. Her body began to sway from side to side again (whether she stands or seats).  Attacks of continuous giggling began (during 1-2 hours).  The monotonous sounds started again. She could start giggling even when she was crying. Her emotional regulation got worse again. She got the uncontrolled appetite. Her condition worsened a lot and returned to the level before starting MAF-capsules. 

Dr. Inui consulted us and concluded that this worsening may be a consequence of the postponed COVID-19, so he advised us to increase the dose of MAF-capsules and to start MAF-injections. On the 3d day after increasing MAF-capsules dose my daughter’s condition got much better and her behavior has improved. She began to do her best in following my instructions (when she understood the meaning). Her level of comprehension became higher in general. The number of giggling attacks decreased and it is easier now to switch her attention. 

After starting MAF-injections: Her comprehension of the speech improved a lot, she stopped falling to the ground. She started to ask to go to the toilet and to tolerate the toilet again. Her stool has improved. She began to use her imagination when playing. She began showing interest in what other people have and wanting the same for herself. 

As a result, her condition has recovered to pre-COVID-19 level and it continues getting better. She continues to take MAF-capsules and MAF-injections.  

Diagnosis: child autism 

Had a surgery on heart when he was 3 y.o. (Congenital heart defect)

Congenital intolerance of lactose and gluten. With past history of episyndrom.

Mother’s comment: 

Before the treatment with MAF-capsules:

My son had self care skills, but was very lazy. Understood the addressed speech. He could partially follow the instructions and had a good visual memory. He had problems with speech: saying simple words like mom, dad, give me and many letters and syllables.  His behavior was not always adequate but it was due to the fact that he couldn’t say what he wanted. Then, he could have outburst or could bang something but it was without aggression. He didn’t offend children. He was not always able to focus on the study. He had communication skills and had eye to eye contact. He was not afraid of loud sounds, and had self-preservation instinct. Sometimes he didn’t ask to go to the toilet at nights. He had poor sleep. 

After the treatment with MAF-capsules:

Good tendency in general. His focusing skills improved. Began to show interest in the world around him: people, nature, animals.  His sleep has improved (began to follow the sleep schedule). His appetite got better. He began to eat vegetables and meat. He liked the meat a lot. He began to point with his finger what he wanted in the supermarket.  His learning skills have also improved but still he is very lazy. His outbursts have stopped, but he became very fragile (easily offended). He shows interest to a study and began to paint pictures. His comprehension skills of the speech have improved. 

His electroencephalography got better. He started to go to a public school and he receives a personal academic support at school. He is able to complete all the proposed tasks. His sleep, eating and self-care skills are normalized now. 

He learned to brush his teeth by himself using electronic toothbrush. He began to wash dishes by himself after eating. He wakes up at night to go the toilet and then gets asleep again. He follows the sleep schedule. He repeats some sounds and syllables. He never got cold while taking MAF-capsules.
