MAF Boosts Longevity Protein α-Klotho!
A groundbreaking experiment by Dr. Katuura (formerly Kagoshima University, now at Saisei Mirai) showed that dietary MAF significantly increased α-Klotho levels in mice.
✅ Plasma α-Klotho levels: Nearly doubled compared to water and whey protein groups.
✅ Brain (Hypothalamus & Amygdala): Markedly increased α-Klotho content.
✅ Kidney: Strongest α-Klotho increase—vital since kidneys produce ~80% of circulating α-Klotho.
8-day test | 60 μg/ml whey protein in water | Measured via ELISA
This research highlights MAF’s powerful potential in supporting anti-aging and longevity.
Unlocking the Secrets of Telomeres & Aging
Degalactosylated Whey Protein (D-WP) Study – Effects on Telomere Length in Mice
A separate experimental study examined the effects of D-WP on telomere length and telomerase gene expression in young and aged mice.
📌 Findings:
✔ D-WP increased telomere length by 154% in young mice, while regular whey protein (WP) showed only a 121% increase.
✔ D-WP significantly upregulated telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) and telomerase RNA component (TERC) gene expression in peripheral blood.
✔ In aged mice, D-WP restored telomere length to youthful levels.
📌 Implication: D-WP, a key component in MAF Triple, enhances telomere maintenance, supporting longevity and cellular health.
Clinical trial: Phase 2, to evaluate the efficacy of Dietary MAF on CognitiveFunction in Elderly Users of Rehabilitation in Japan
Background: Age, genetic, and environmental factors are
noted to contribute to dementia risk. Neuroplasticity,
protection from degeneration and cell death, and early
intervention are desirable for preventing dementia. The
linkage between neurons and microglia has been a research
focus. In this study, we examined the effects of dietary
modification (a reduction in advanced glycation end
products [AGEs]) and macrophage-activating factor (MAF; a
macrophage regulator) supplementation on cognitive
function in elderly participants undergoing rehabilitation.
Methods: Participants were older than 60 years of age and
had been attending a daycare rehabilitation facility for at
least three months without cognitive dysfunction, severe
anemia, terminal cancer, or neurodegenerative diseases
such as Parkinson’s disease.
Clinical Evidence: Dietary MAF and Immune Response in Viral Conditions
A randomized clinical study explored the role of dietary MAF supplementation in supporting immune function in patients under clinical care.
Participants receiving MAF demonstrated improved immune cell recovery, faster recovery timelines, and reduced progression of symptoms compared to those receiving standard care alone.
These results highlight the potential of immune-supportive strategies, including macrophage activation and mucosal immunity support, in promoting resilience and recovery.
DESCRIPTION
Each capsule contains the equivalent of 300 ng of MAF (Macrophage Activating Factor), derived from cow’s milk using patented technology developed in Japan.
60 capsules per bottle.
RECOMMENDED USE
Oral Intake:
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily on an empty stomach with water. Dosage may be adjusted based on individual health needs or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Sublingual (Oral Mucosal) Use:
For enhanced absorption, open the capsule and place the contents on the tongue. Allow it to dissolve slowly over 5–10 minutes, enabling absorption through the oral mucosa. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes afterward to maximize effectiveness.
Topical Application:
Blend the capsule contents with water or facial cream and apply to clean skin. Adjust the moisture level as needed. Leave on for up to 30 minutes, then rinse gently with lukewarm water. Suitable for facial or targeted skin application as part of an anti-aging or regenerative skincare routine.
INGREDIENTS
Derived from cow’s milk, Lactase enzyme, Microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (vegetable-based capsule)
